The Great Hall features a unique architectural design that combines modern engineering and ancient methods. The walls are made of solid steel and the ground is paved with recycled bamboo.
The Great Hall hosts international exhibitions and events, underscoring Ithra’s role as a global platform and a cultural beacon for the Kingdom. Outside the Great Hall, thousands of green plants scale the walls of Ithra’s Winter Garden which features stepped seating designed to replicate a Roman amphitheater.
The Great Hall has hosted international art exhibitions and conferences such as the 29th Arab Summit. The Great Hall is key venue for major events, such as the inauguration of the King Salman Energy Park (SPARK), the 17th Arab Thought Forum, and the International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC).
Sense and Sensibility featured the production of 11 artists brought together by their creativity and penchant for chaos. Following these shared currents, together they produced the body of 25 artworks brought together in the show.

Its contrasting terrain is blended with deep history, and among the Saudi people, we find a broad range of welcoming traditions and culture-rich customs. The Kingdom of Cultures exhibit presents stories about the Saudi people and their lands. It includes stunning environmental formations and exceptional immersive experiences.

Terra exhibit showcases the work of various international artists who focus on sustainability. It provides an immersive experience for the visitor through a series of contemporary artworks that address different challenges facing our planet. Topics include the importance of mangroves, water scarcity, the excessive use of plastic and food waste. The visitor is taken inside the informative exhibit through new technologies to experience the artwork and is encouraged to take subtle actions to help save the planet.

The King Salman Urban Charter for Architecture and Urbanism Exhibition celebrates the urban vision inspired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz. The visitors will experience an inspiring urban journey in a traveling exhibition between four cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha, Dhahran ). The exhibition contains distinguished projects that won international and local awards.
