F1® in Schools

Provided with the support of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), the F1® in Schools program is one of the most prominent educational programs in Saudi Arabia.

The program aims to raise awareness of STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) among school students all over the world, challenging and inspiring them via a unified methodology.

This program covers a wide range of topics such as physics, aerodynamics, design, manufacturing, branding, graphic design, sponsorship, marketing, leadership/teamwork, media skills, and financial strategies. Students then apply what they have learned in a practical, creative, and competitive environment that simulates the setup of professional F1® teams – only in miniature.

Aramco first sponsored the F1® in Schools program as a major partner in 2019. Two years later, Amin Nasser, President and CEO of Aramco announced that Saudi students would participate in the World Finals for the first time, which took place in the UK in 2022 and then in Singapore in 2023.
