A journey through tradition and culture, the House of Hairs, or Arabian tent, evokes a timeless significance tied to Bedouin life and their deep sense of community. The House of Hairs, also known by the name “House of Poetry”, was the home of the Bedouin who used them and carried them on their travels. It has been updated through the ages to allow for modern amenities. The pavilion aims to provide a deeper understanding of the role design can play in placemaking.
