Saeed Gamhawi is a contemporary artist and painter and a co-founder of Tasami Center for Visual Art in Jiddah. He is also a member of Fine Artists House in Jiddah and the Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts. He has had a number of solo exhibitions and has participated in various group exhibitions. He has represented Saudi contemporary art in many countries, including Italy, Egypt, Syria and the Netherlands. Gamhawi’s works reveal a deep perception of social values and cultural differences through which he calls for moral and heritage preservation and protection.
