This is a debate where eight readers who qualified for the iRead 2024 finals discuss “Banning the Publication of Mediocre Books.” The eight participants are divided into proponents and opponents; the first will support the motion of banning the publication of badly written books while the latter will oppose it. The debate is presented before a specialized jury to choose the eventual winners; they will evaluate the arguments and persuasive tools of each team, and the logical fallacies they committed.
