Travel and Stay Packages are for those wishing to attend the iRead Closing Ceremony from outside of the Eastern Province. It provides the opportunity to experience iRead with those who share your passion for reading with a bundle of special offerings that include transportation, lodging at the same hotel as the speakers and special guests, a free dining experience as well as signed copies by the special guests of the ceremony and going on a private tour of Ithra.

Travel and Stay Packages are paid packages for those wishing to attend the iRead Closing Ceremony from outside of the Eastern Province. They provide the opportunity to experience iRead with those who share your passion for reading with a bundle of special offerings that include transportation, lodging at the same hotel as the speakers and special guests, a free dining experience, reserving your seat with the special guests of the program, giveaways of signed books, and free entry to the Ithra Museum during the two days of the ceremony as well as going on a private tour of the Ithra Center.
There are six packages.
Packages vary in terms of what they include; some of which provide a domestic flight service and hotel accommodation, while some only offer the hotel stay. They also vary in terms of the number of people accommodated, as some packages include one or two peoples, and they also vary as per the number of nights stayed at the hotel. You can review the features of each package on the packages’ designated webpage.
Prices start from 1,500 SAR up to 4,000 SAR depending on the package.
Yes, the beneficiary must be at least 16 years old to be without a guardian, or 9 years old attended by a guardian who is at least 16 years old.
Yes, and you will receive your ticket at the hotel.
Yes, there will be designated seats at the Theater for package holders, provided that they arrive before the start of the segment so they are not occupied by other guests of the program.
No, purchasing a package guarantees entry to the Closing Ceremony and the accompanying programs without having to book separate tickets.
No, the packages are limited to domestic flights and hotel lodging, but those wishing to attend the Ceremony from outside the Kingdom can only benefit from the Stay package, and they may book their flights themselves to take advantage of the package’s offerings and guarantee an entry ticket to attend the iRead Closing Ceremony.

You can choose your preferred travel times in the form sent after completing your purchase, but the prices for flight and accommodation are fixed whether the stay is for two or three nights.

Yes, tickets in Travel Packages include 7 kg cabin baggage and 20 kg checked baggage.

The Travel and Stay packages include transportation from King Fahd International Airport in Dammam to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport, in addition to transportation between the hotel and the Ithra Center.
