In this track, young sound producers explore the captivating realm of sound production. Engaging in hands-on experiments and activities, they will uncover the ways in which sound can vary in different spaces and places, influenced by the architectural shapes that surround us. Campers delve into the mechanics of musical instruments, discovering how materials contribute to the distinct timbres they produce. Through eco-friendly instrument-making, campers will not only gain insights into sound production principles but also embrace sustainable practices in the realm of sounds.

  • Understanding sound production and its principles, including vibration, resonance and frequency through interactive experiments.
  • Comprehending the impact of shapes, structures and architectural designs on sound volume, pitch and production.
