This intermediate course is structured to progressively develop creative leadership skills through practical application, interactive activities, enhanced communication, drive change and sustain creatively through mastering communication and storytelling techniques for leadership and reflective learning.
This three-day intensive and motivating course will enrich designers, artists, creative directors, media professionals, marketers, brand managers, teachers, lecturers, corporate trainers, facilitators, mid-to senior-level managers, project managers, business owners, start-up leaders, podcasters, hosts, influencers, NGO leaders, activists and community organizers with the knowledge and skills needed in order to improve their creative leadership essentials. Through exploring the fundamentals of creative leadership, understanding the important role of building trust and psychological safety within teams, building strong communicative empathetic teams, practicing self-awareness exercises, leadership style assessments and advance tools and techniques for leadership, participants will ensure the development of a professional team collaboration through storytelling and narrative learning activities, analyzing and group discussions.
Finally, to ensure driving and sustaining creativity in teams, participants will develop their skills in scenario-based problem-solving exercises, creating a framework for sustainable creative practices, measuring and celebrating team success and putting together a design for team innovation based on their experience, knowledge they benefit from this course and feedback sessions under the supervision of the facilitator.
