Translator and professor at the American University in Baghdad. He is the former Minister of Culture, Antiques and Tourism (2020-2022). He published many of his authored and translated books and studies at different publishing houses and academic rounds. He wrote many chapters is both Arabic and English for books that were published by UNISCO and other foreign publishing houses. He also published his research and many articles in peer-reviewed journals. His publications include: The Missed Poetics, The Text And Life, the humanization of poetry and the poetry of the frivolous.
