Gina Alice Redlinger was born in Wiesbaden, starting piano at age four, performing publicly at age 8, and quickly becoming an internationally acclaimed pianist.  

 

This promising early foray into the piano world was just the beginning as Redlinger went on to undertake education at some of Europe's most prestigious music academies, and under the tutelage of world-renowned teachers. Redlinger then went onto perform on national television to great success, on incredible concert stages, and with distinguished orchestras including the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Shenyang Philharmonic orchestra Orchestra, Guangzhou symphony Symphony Orchestra and Shenzen symphony Symphony Orchestra in China. 

 

Aside from her skills as a pianist Redlinger is a keen linguist and is fluent in English, German, Korean, French, and Chinese. She met Lang Lang in Berlin in the mid-2010s and the two were married in 2019 and welcomed their first child, a son, in 2021. Since their union they have often performed together, showcasing duets in some of the world's great concert halls.
