Digital fashion innovator Karinna Nobbs is an educator, ‘nowist’ and Founder. She lectures globally on the digitalization of the fashion industry at institutions such as the London College of Fashion, Antwerp Management School, Hyper Island and Said Business School. 

Karinna is also a published author and researcher. Previously she was the Head of Strategy at creative tech agency Holition, working with Coty Inc, Estee Lauder and BMW Group. Recently she has consulted with a variety of agencies and brands including Acne, Wednesday, Business of Fashion, Frieze Academy, Airbnb and La Prairie. In 2019 she launched HOT:SECOND - a circular economy retail concept trading physical goods for digital experiences. In 2020 she co-founded THE DEMATERIALISED, an authenticated digital fashion marketplace, launching in the autumn.
