Edges of the Past and Fossils of Knowledge is a collection of 30 photographs showcasing the palm tree's rise and fall over 30 nights, much like the phases of the moon. Alongside this exhibit is a sculpture made of palm tree parts, fashioned to resemble a creature from a local folk tale known as "Fronds and Fibre." Additionally, a stop-motion film envisions the creature's awakening and what it symbolizes.
Edges of the Past and Fossils of Knowledge addresses the loss of agricultural in the region. This loss is contributing to global warming, and Edges of the Past and Fossils of Knowledge serves as a tribute to the area's former glory.
