The Anticipation of Rain creator, Naima Karim, is a fine artist whose work celebrates the changing beauty of skies. Naima became temporarily paralyzed by a viral infection when she was a young woman. Unable to move, she was left staring at the sky in awe and wonder as it morphed in color and form above her. It was during this time that she became fascinated by the powerful and dynamic nature of the natural world.
