F1® in Schools 2023
The F1® in Schools program targets students aged 15 – 16 years. Two hundred students were named to the second group to participate in the annual program. Following months of training and qualification stages, 15 teams were selected for the national finals hosted by Ithra, where three teams – Shaheen, Oryx and Abiya – qualified for the international finals held in Singapore. All three Saudi teams were nominated for top awards, with the Saudi Oryx team taking the prestigious Innovation Thinking Award of the 2023 F1® in Schools World Finals.
