Eman Jaber Marouf
Born in 1976 in Lattakia, Syria; lives and works in the United Arab Emirates.
Education: BS in Pharmacy from Tishreen University. High Diploma in pharmacology from Damascus University.
Translation: Beside my interest and passion in pharmaceutical and medical sciences, I have always been passionate and curious about the English language and the translation of English texts into Arabic – a result of my family’s support and our amazing library at home.
I began working seriously in translation 23 years ago. With time, God has granted me the opportunity to work with leading publishing companies in the Arab world, allowing me to develop a solid portfolio of translated books and titles. To date, I have published 20 books and others are still in the printing process.
