Sami Al Hussayen

Sami Al Hussayen earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University, followed by a master’s degree in Computer Science in the field of Artificial Intelligence (1997). His postgraduate studies have focused on cybersecurity and intrusion detection.
Al Hussayen’s professional positions have included Assistant Deputy Governor for IT at the General Organization for Technical Training, and Deputy Governor for Enterprise Services at the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises. He has worked as a consultant for public and private companies in the fields of technology and digital transformation. As an entrepreneur, he has founded and co-founded several startups, including: Rwaq (open education), Junnah (diabetes prevention), Kasb (e-commerce portal), Almawred (e-publishing), and the Enseyab information system for nonprofits. He is also a member of the Riyadh Fund for Noble Investors.
