Sami Albatati is the supervisor of iRead – Ithra’s flagship international reading program – and the founder of the “Book Shadow” (قناة ظل كتاب) channel on YouTube. He is also the editor-in-chief for the Thmanyah book newsletter. Albatati graduated from the faculty of engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals with honors and has worked as a manager and consultant for a number of cultural projects within Saudi Arabia and abroad.
