This session is an educational journey that will take us inside the social and the physical environments and their impact on students learning.

We will discover together the importance of social engagement through social circles and how small group projects, cooperative learning activities, and peer-to-peer tutoring can foster social interaction and support academic growth. We will also learn about the role of social circles in creating a safe and inclusive studying environment where students feel comfortable taking risks, sharing ideas, and supporting each other.

Also, we will know how to integrate Social Emotional Learning (SEL) activities like mindfulness practices, conflict resolution exercises, and empathy-building games in our learning spaces as advisory lessons to promote emotional intelligence and positive social interactions, as well as the impact of online platforms to facilitate teamwork and information sharing.

We will dig more into how we can connect teaching philosophy to the physical learning environment through “The Silent Educator”.
