Doha Khassawneh

Doha Khassawneh is an accomplished author, storyteller and trainer. She specializes in teaching effective storytelling techniques and communication skills for children aged 3-12 years. She is also a skilled puppeteer and an active member of the Jordanian Writers Association's Child Literature Committee. She has proudly served as an ambassador for the World Literacy Foundation since 2018 and has been a dedicated volunteer at the King Hussein Cancer Center since 2009.
Khassawneh holds a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Care from Hashemite University and a master's degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Jordan. Her educational background has provided her with a solid foundation to understand and cater to the needs of young learners.
With eight years of experience as a teacher and a year as a coordinator of activities and reader stories in a children's library, Khassawneh has honed her skills in developing engaging stories for children. She possesses exceptional abilities to change voice tones and effectively connect with children. Throughout her 13-year career, she has actively pursued continuous professional development by attending courses related to childhood development and entrepreneurship. Currently, she works as a theater teacher, further expanding her expertise in creative arts education.
Khassawneh is also the proud creator of the YouTube channel "qesasjeh," where she shares her storytelling expertise. Additionally, she has been recognized and honored by HRH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum in Dubai for her outstanding volunteer contributions to the "Madrasa" site and application, where she volunteered as a voice commentator.  She has also been awarded the Stevie Award for 2020 Middle East Stevie® (Gold) in the category of Award for Innovation in Living, Learning, and Working Environments.
