Iman Al-Attas is a consultant and educational developer, and a writer of curricula and stories for children and youth. She is interested in education through concepts, not definitions, believing that every educational approach which does not change behavior is a failed educational approach. Iman believes in education through games and coexistence, and she also believes in the diversity of intelligences of the recipient and the importance of diversity in education strategies in one class to achieve the right of every child to education according to his intelligence and interests. 
She is an accredited trainer in education and self-development from both the American Board and the British Academy. She is owner of the "World of Peace" program aiming to achieve self-identity and values. She has several publications translated into several languages, and several of her publications are taught in Arab schools.
