Acting Chief Learning Officer for the Ilmi Science & Discovery Center  
Jennifer Santer is the acting chief learning officer for the Ilmi Science & Discovery Center in Riyadh. In this role, she provides leadership and direction on strategy development, program development, content development, and capacity building across digital and physical channels, incorporating Ilmi’s commitment to co-creation, accessibility, and sustainability. Prior to assuming this role, she served as an advisor to Ilmi to review and develop exhibit and web content for the Ilmi Center. Jennifer has over 25 years’ experience in informal learning, capacity building, and sustainable economic development. Before her work with Ilmi, she served as Vice President for Programs and Content Development at the Frost Science Museum, Aquarium, and Planetarium in Miami, where she was instrumental in developing concepts, exhibitions, and programs for the new facility that opened in 2017.
Jennifer began her career working for Development Alternatives, Inc., a global consulting firm, providing technical input on projects encouraging equitable, sustainable, and economic growth in developing different countries.
