Johair Alosaimi possesses leadership, managerial, and cognitive skills dedicated to advancing educational organizations, driving them towards their goals, and fostering enduring sustainability. She contributes to strategic initiatives, fosters collaboration, and creates a harmonious work environment. She holds a master’s degree in educational administration and leadership from Imam Abdurahman bin Faisal University in 2023 and an Advanced Instructional Leadership Professional Diploma from Queen Rania Teacher Academy in 2023.
She is now working as an academic principal assistant starting in 2022 at the International Programs School.
