Mastura Muhamad is Director of the Selangor Public Library Corporation, Malaysia. She was a former manager of YPM Trading & Marketing Sdn. Bhd., she was appointed in 2008 as library director by the Selangor State Government.
Mastura was born in Kuala Terengganu, graduated from the University of Kansas, and holds a first degree in economics. Leading the transformation of the Selangor Public Library with her rebranding strategy, the number of Raja Tun Uda Library Shah Alam users increased and under her management, Selangor Public Library has expanded to 104 libraries throughout the state, including 8 mobile libraries with the latest concept.
