Sara Aldhafiri
Sarah Al-Dhafiri is a writer in the field of children’s and young people’s literature, a facilitator in philosophical thinking, and a presenter of creative workshops. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kuwait University, and she obtained the foundation and advanced level in teaching philosophical thinking skills with the Baseera Institute in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She worked as an employee in the Ministry of Trade and Industry, as a junior training supervisor at the Takween Library for three years from 2019 to 2021. She also founded the Philosophy Room project and worked as president of the Children’s Home in the Writers’ Association.
Sarah has spent many hours reading to children, conducting workshops, contributing to development, participating in dialogues about children’s literature, and writing articles. Her releases include “What Shape is My Heart?” from the publications of Takween (2018), and “The Dream Factory in Julia’s Head” by Dar Ashjar (2019). She published her third story with Arwa Arabic Publishing (2021), and her fourth story “Fahid the Hero” in Al-Arabi Al-Saghir magazine (2021). She has held 12 workshops in the field of philosophy for adults and children.
