Siham Dbouk is PYP/Curriculum Coordinator since 2018 in IPS. She holds Bachelor of Science in Education from South Wesleyan University, South Carolina, USA. 
She leads the school through the IB PYP evaluation and the PYP program and communicates with the IB. She develops a program development plan based on the school’s strategic goals and works toward completing the program development plan. She promotes a culture where diversity is encouraged and where students learn to respect differences, take responsibility for their actions, and strive to demonstrate the LPA. She leads the planning, development, and evaluation of the IB PYP Curriculum, and collaborates with teachers to ensure the curriculum is effectively delivered across grade levels.
