Jou Pabalate is a CCI strategist with an eye for stories and how to tell them. She is the strategy director at &bouqu, a cultural and creative consultancy firm. She is currently the assistant curator of the National Pavilion of Saudi Arabia at the Venice Biennale 2023, developing its curatorial content and experience. Pablate’s passion is in revealing the connections between narratives, people, culture and brands, as reflected in her experience in the various sectors in Saudi and abroad. She is the former managing editor of the first English-language nationwide lifestyle magazine.

Pablate has over 15 years of experience navigating complex turnkey projects with various government institutions and MNCs— designing pilot initiatives, cultural programs, communication and marketing campaigns, and content strategies.
