Designer, researcher and sustainable culture advocate, Maggie Jonk has lived and worked in the Middle East and North Africa for over a decade. Interested in the intersections between design and artisanal practices, Maggie co-founded the design studio OE-O in Dubai.
Holding a master’s degree in Fashion, Maggie contributes to publications on artisanal practices and consults on community building and programming in the creative industries.  Through her international workshops, she encourages participants to rediscover their connections to the material world.
