This exhibition celebrates a year’s worth of outcomes from Ithra’s Idea Lab, bringing together a full year’s harvest of design and innovation, showcasing the outcomes of Idea Lab’s societies. In addition, From the Lab will showcase the final prototypes coming out of the Majal Design for Storytelling residency, a program developed by Bahrain’s Al-Riwaq Art Space in collaboration with Idea Lab. Visitors are introduced to the creative process in all its stages, starting from initial sketches and prototypes, passing through design or implementation challenges, and culminating in the final product or work.
