About the Track

The pilgrim’s journey is sparked by a heartfelt aspiration towards the Holy Mosque and continues to the final moment of farewell. At the core of this journey lies the need for seamless communication.

Each year, over a million pilgrims from a mosaic of global cultures, many of whom are unfamiliar with Arabic or English, set out on this sacred path.

In this sea of lingual and cultural diversity, how can we elevate the pilgrim experience from preparation to completion? What innovative guidance and support services can be developed to ensure every pilgrim's journey is not only smoother but also deeply meaningful and impactful?
