Silkscreen Printing Using Modern Techniques

In this workshop, participants will embark on a one-day immersive, interactive experience in the art of screen printing. Participants will learn the latest techniques for designing and applying these designs via silkscreen, to finally implement these techniques to design and create an interactive public installation. The workshop will begin by exploring the concept of the Tanween 2024 theme of “Fail Forward,” followed by developing and planning an interactive art installation that invites the public to assist in the production process.
