Ticketing Conditions of Entry
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Ithra is not obliged to admit to the event any person holding a damaged or split ticket, or whose ticket has been lost, stolen or duplicated. No refunds or compensation will be paid to you or any third parties if Ithra refuses to admit you to, or eject you from, the venue.
This ticket is only valid for the date and time registered on it.

Entry
There are two main entrances to access the Center: the main entrance near the Energy Exhibit and the secondary entrance near the cinema. Both entrances are easily accessed via the Ring Road.

Vision And Hearing Impaired
Center volunteers and staff are available to assist all visitors. Assisted services include braille signage for the visually impaired and special headsets for the hearing impaired.
Dress Code
Ithra implements a dress code observant to the cultural traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Parking
The Center offers four parking lots within a short walking distance from the main building.
Security
Kindly note, all visitors will drive through the main security gate in order to access to the Center. Kindly note, there will be additional security screening within the main entrances.
